Bob listened to us and showed us homes that fit our needs, wants and desires. He never tired of showing us more and more. Then he showed us “the house” and we were so excited. We had a home for sale in Idaho and were having a bad experience with the realtor. Bob took charge and screened agents in Idaho, interviewing them over the phone and then he suggested a couple that he thought would be best to represent us. We had had the house on the market for over 6 months and with the new agent Bob helped us find, the house sold within the very first month. We had another home in Baton Rouge that was also for sale. Our agent there was not pleasing us and once again Bob found us the right person and the house was sold quickly. Bob is a very special person, and a terrific realtor. He has completely ruined it for us to deal with anyone else. Bob spoils all of his clients.
